Once upon a time
During a summer unlike any other, as the world grappled with the uncertainty of a pandemic, a single moment of fate sparked a love story we never could have imagined.
It began at a small, bustling grocery store. Everyone was wearing masks due to the pandemic, so all you could see were peoples eyes, forehead, and hair. But that was enough for us to lock eyes, and spark a connection. Fate had bestowed its magic upon us, and in that moment, our souls reached out and became soulmates.
The lively ambiance and late night lights of New York City witnessed the first chapters of our love story unfold. From the savory meals in amazing restaurants, to charming conversations as we walked through the settling streets of Forest Hills, every moment became a cherished page in our story book.
The pandemic may have masked the world, but it couldn’t dim the brightness of what we found in each other. We are filled with gratitude for the twist of fate that brought us together. New York City may be known for its many restaurants, famous museums, and its high skyscrapers. However, it is now also known as the birthplace of our enduring love.
Four years later, we can’t help but think back to that grocery store aisle and how the simplest of moments can change everything. Thank you, our family and friends, for being part of this journey with us—for your love, support, and for believing in the magic of our story as much as we do.

When buying your flight you will want all final destinations to be Manta Ecuador. Unfortunately, there are no direct flights to Manta Ecuador. We recommend you fly to Quito then from Quito to Manta, as this is a much easier trip than going to Guayaquil since there are no connecting flights from Guayaquil to Manta.

The wedding will take place at the Hotel Oro Verde in Manta Ecuador.

Venue
Our wedding will be on the second floor of the Oro Verde Hotel in the Salon Manta and Umina.
Enjoy the view from the balcony, or take a stroll through the garden as you enjoy the celebration.
There will be music, food, beautiful views, and even better vibes.

What weather should we expect in Manta, Ecuador?
In Manta, Ecuador, the weather in September is very summerlike, with highs around 28°C (82°F) during the day and
lows around 21°C (70°F) at night.
What places can I visit during my stay?
If you plan on traveling earlier, I encourage you to stay in Quito to see many of the attractions Ecuador has to offer. I personally recommend riding the TelefériQo Cable Car to the mountain tops or visiting the Middle of the World city. However, if you are looking for beaches, Manta Ecuador may be the better option as it is a coastal city.
